In 2008, Haldex operations comprised four divisions: Commercial Vehicle Systems (50% of Group sales), Hydraulic Systems (25%), Garphyttan Wire (13%) and Traction Systems (12%). On June 1, 2009, the Garphyttan Wire division was divested.
Haldex Market
The Group’s sales in 2008 derived 38% from North America, 53% from Europe and 9% from other markets. However, the markets in South America and Asia, foremost China, are growing robustly and their importance to the Group is increasing rapidly.
