Load Sensing Valves

For steel suspension

The mechanical Load Sensing Valve is installed on the chassis. It is an automatic device that sense the load by measuring the chassis height using a link (lever and cable) to the axle. Depending the load, and after mechanical setup of the valve, it adapt the output pressure regarding to the actual load on the vehicle.

In this section you will find the complete description of this valve and how to realise the setting. ( Also available in documentation table)

Also a calculator for the lever length to ease the setting of the valve.

The variant's page will help you finding the right part number for your application.

Mechanical LSV

For air suspension

The pneumatic Load Sensing Valve is installed on the chassis. It is an automatic device that sense the suspension pressure giving a direct reading of the load. After a mechanical setup of the valve, it adapt the output pressure regarding the actual load on the vehicle.

In this section you will find the complete description of this valve and how to realise the setting. ( Also available in documentation table)

Also a calculator for the pivot point to ease the setting of the valve.

The variant's page will help you finding the right part number for your application.
