Job description

In this position, as a member of the Engineer Management Team you are responsible for providing overall technical leadership for all test and homologation activities. Daily activities include managing development and test resources including Validation, Materials and External resources and provide guidance to development of new technologies, techniques, processes. You have the ownership of the quality manual and the interface into other department’s procedures and the audits and accreditation of all the procedures. In your role as a Chief Engineer, you lead Test Release for approval sign off for test and homologation activities, including all lab, electrical, vehicle and type approval testing.

Education and Experiences

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. We expect that you are an experienced and strong leader. Experiences of automotive industry, Heavy Truck / Bus experience is meritorious. Recommended is at least five years of design and/or validation experience, preferably within automotive industry.
