Communication Specialist to Haldex AB


Develop, implement and lead the work with operational action plans for communication activities, ranging from leading the global editorial office set-ups, develop and create content for different channels, ex social media channels, newsletters, intranet etc. Take part in developing marketing materials, write press releases and execute PR activities.

Your main responsibilities as Communication Specialist at Haldex:

  • Responsible for planning and implementing global communication efforts
  • Take part in creating and implement a global communication plan to support the sites in their communication activities
  • Independently run projects in communication, internal and externally
  • Review and ensure that communication is of a high standard and is consistent
  • Take part in develop and execute an Employer Branding plan
  • Monitor the external environment and analysis of media coverage etc.

The position is based at Haldex Headquarters in Landskrona, where the Communications Specialist will be part of the MarCom team reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Manager.

Required skills & experience

To be successful in this role you are a person that have a big engagement and take pride in delivering quality. You have a relevant bachelor´s degree and at least 3 years of work experience. It´s a bonus if you´ve held a similar role in an international company or has experience working with a company listed on the stock exchange and therefore have previous experience within IR.

Key competencies and qualifications

Proficient within CMS systems such as SharePoint, EPiServer or similar. We also see you has knowledge of in the social media market, adobe CS package and Microsoft office. Apart from being passionate about communication and a sharp communicator, you have an excellent ability to build relations and networks inside and outside the organization. Your capability to see communication opportunities, take lead, and drive your own initiatives forward is other characteristics of your personal skills. You also have a good ability to shift focus and move from strategic to more operational tasks.
