Installation

ILAS‑EP is designed for straightforward integration into conventional air suspension systems.

The valve is mounted directly on the vehicle chassis using standard fixing points. Installation should ensure that the component is protected from direct exposure to spray water, dirt and high‑pressure cleaning, in order to guarantee long‑term reliability.

Pneumatic connections are made according to the system layout, linking the air supply, suspension valve and lift axle bellows. Proper routing and secure connection of all air lines are essential to ensure consistent performance and system integrity.

The electrical connection is based on a standard interface, enabling direct integration into the vehicle’s control system. When connected to EBS, the ILAS‑EP enables automatic axle control depending on load conditions.
