Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Haldex requires the effective application of quality management systems, including effective Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). The purpose of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is to provide the evidence that customer requirements are properly understood by the organization and that the manufacturing process has the potential to produce product consistently meeting these requirements.
The Haldex part approval process is the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Production Part Approval Process (Fourth edition). For information about APQP and PPAP, please visit the Automotive Industry Action Group at www.aiag.org.
