Change of number of shares and votes

The number of shares and votes in Haldex has during July 2011 decreased by 44,215,970 from 88,431,940 to 44,215,970.

As of July 29, 2011 there are in total 44,215,970 shares and votes in the company. The decrease is a result of the reduction of the share capital which was resolved by the AGM on June 8, 2011, as part of a mandatory redemption program.
