Haldex Supplier Quality Manual

The Haldex Supplier Quality Manual provides our suppliers and potential suppliers the requirements and expectations for securing business with Haldex and maintaining a successful supplier-customer relationship.

Haldex Supply Chain Improvement Program (SCIP)

Haldex Supply Chain Improvement Program (SCIP) is a tool to monitor and improve the quality and performance of the Haldex supply base. Our objective is to develop a mindset within Haldex and in our supply chain that results in continuous improvement in the areas of Quality, Delivery, Value, and Support.

Supply Chain Improvement Program Goals:

• Intentional pursuit of zero defects
• Improve Haldex products
• Identify, quantify and eliminate waste
• Improve supply chain processes
• Optimize total procurement costs

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Haldex requires the effective application of quality management systems, including effective Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). The purpose of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is to provide the evidence that customer requirements are properly understood by the organization and that the manufacturing process has the potential to produce product consistently meeting these requirements.
